CMHS – Youth Support Worker

Te Whare Mahana – Community Mental Health Service is seeking a dynamic Youth Support Worker to deliver focused-based, recovery-orientated assessments and interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will maintain a caseload and assist with interagency coordination as part of a supportive & collaborative team.

• • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Hold relevant mental-health specific experience
  • A proactive and positive approach
  • Full clean driver’s license
  • Computer literacy
