Te Whare Mahana Trust is seeking Mental Health Professionals to join the team in our Community Mental Health Service (CMHS), here in Takaka. As a clinical case manager you will get enjoyment out of working in a great team culture in a great community.

New professionals seeking to develop their career will be considered!

Some of the roles associated with these positions are:

• • Working collaboratively with clients and their key support relationships/whanau.
  • Client assessment, treatment planning and clinical intervention with a recovery focus.
  • Provision of on-call crisis intervention (approx. 1 night each week).
  • Proactive mental health delivery within an integrated community system.
