Consumer Advisor

Consumer input is key to providing quality services for clients. The role of the consumer advisory is to provide:
• client feedback to the board and management and ensure suggestions for improvement are followed up.
• input into decision making processes around changes and improvements to services at both board and management level
• assistance with new staff appointments.

Our Consumer Advisor is Tullia Wilson who is really stoked to be developing this position and excited for what is in the works for clients and Te Whare Mahana as a service. As consumer advisor, it’s her role to be a bridge between the consumer and Te Whare Mahana’s management and board. Her role is purely about bettering the services for clients. She is not qualified in the mental health arena but is a passionate individual wanting the best for service users and Te Whare Mahana.

Our name
